What is Elvarl Hair Artistry's refund and exchange policy?
At Elvarl Hair Artistry, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products or gift cards due to a change of mind. However, if an item is faulty, we will exchange it or provide a refund for the value of the product.
What are the booking and cancellation policies at Elvarl Hair Artistry?
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We also require a deposit for all hair extension services and high-end colour services. Confirmation texts are sent out 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Please respond to confirm, as failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your appointment.
What should I do if I have concerns about my hair after my appointment?
If you have any concerns or issues with your hair, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We do not offer a “re-do” service for a change of mind, but we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with our work, provided you have disclosed your full hair history and used the recommended haircare products.
