What is Elvarl Hair Artistry's refund and exchange policy?

At Elvarl Hair Artistry, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products or gift cards due to a change of mind. However, if an item is faulty, we will exchange it or provide a refund for the value of the product.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated/promotional voucher
  • Vouchers can be used for services and/or retail products, unless specified.
  • Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment to be redeemed.
  • Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions unless approved by management.
  • No change will be given for unused balances, but remaining amounts can be used for future purchases within the validity period.
What are the booking and cancellation policies at Elvarl Hair Artistry?
We require a booking deposit for all appointments taken at the time of booking. We do understand that sometimes plans change, however if you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice and we are happy to reschedule or hold your deposit on your account. Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeit of your booking deposit. Confirmation texts are sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please respond to confirm, as failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your appointment.
 
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your allocated appointment time, we may need to reschedule to another time as it’s important to us we have the appropriate time for your service, and maintain time for the following clients attending.
What should I do if I have concerns about my hair after my appointment?

If you have any concerns or issues with your hair, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We do not offer a “re-do” service for a change of mind, but we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with our work, provided you have disclosed your full hair history and used the recommended haircare products.

We always take the utmost of care for you and your personal items, however we ask that you refrain from wearing expensive items of clothing, high collars, bulky jackets or jumpers that could be at risk of getting a chemical or colour on it. Whilst we use lots of protective items, we advise against wearing excess jewellery and items of clothing that could be damaged or lost, and by wearing them you take full responsibility for your items.
